Workshop: Day after Kickoff at Kettering

The EngiNERDs, Team 2337 will be hosting their 3rd Annual Day-After-Kickoff Workshops at Kettering University on Sunday, January 5th.

Morning "Strategy Dictates Design" session will be hosted by Head Mentor, Clinton Bolinger. Participants will learn how to create a resource-specific strategy for their 2014 robot, and gain knowledge on how to execute that strategy into a robot design.

In the afternoon, the "Kit of Parts Chassis Hands-On Workshop" will guide Teams to complete the 2014 Kit of Parts Chassis, including Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Component wiring, and LabVIEW installation/default code deploy, with an aim to leave with a "drivable robot".

A "Team Organization Workshop" will be hosted by Head Mentor, Brandi Bolinger, in the afternoon to help both rookie and veteran teams become more efficient in planning their build season, develop important Team Documents, help with traveling to competitions, and applying for awards.
